'Paranoid' is the second studio album from Black Sabbath. Released in September 1970, it was the band's only LP to top the UK Albums Chart until the release of the '13' album in 2013. Paranoid contains several of the band's signature songs, including "Iron Man", "War Pigs" and the title track, which was the band's only Top 20 hit, reaching number 4 in the UK charts. It is often cited as the most influential album in the development of the entire heavy metal genre.

H ιστορία του Κονγκολέζου οπαδού που παραμένει ακίνητος στην διάρκεια των αγώνων... Το όνομά του είναι Μισέλ Κούκα Μπολαντίνγκα, αλλά για όλους είναι ο Λουμούμπα! Ο πατέρας της πατρίδας του Κονγκό, μεγάλος πολιτικός άνδρας, Πατρίς Λουμούμπα! Στην Κινσάσα, πρωτεύουσα της Λαικής Δημοκρατίας του Κονγκό, υπάρχει ένα μεγάλο άγαλμα αφιερωμένο στον μάρτυρα της ανεξαρτησίας. Ο πρωην πρωθυπουργός απεικονίζεται όρθιος με το δεξί του χέρι σηκωμένο να χαιρετάει! Είναι ακριβώς η ίδια θέση που παίρνει ο Μπολαντίνγκα στο γήπεδο στους αγώνες της Λαικής Δημοκρατίας του Κονγκό! Ο Κούκα ντύνεται στα χρώμα της εθνικής σημαίας, κίτρινο σακάκι, κόκκινο παντελόνι, πουκάμισο και μπλε γραβάτα και μένει ακίνητος για 90 ολόκληρα λεπτά και στο ημίχρονο... Ένα άγαλμα στις εξέδρες! Δεν υπάρχει τίποτα τυχαίο σε αυτή την σκηνή, είναι μια παράσταση μελετημένη για να αποτίσει φόρο τιμής στον αξέχαστο πρώην πολιτικό μιας χώρας που πάντα βρίσκεται σε προβλήματα πολιτικά και κοινωνικά.
